The new Form 990, effective for 2008 returns, represents a significant overhaul of the annual information reporting requirements of the IRS. Some of the focus of the new Form’s questions might require your nonprofit to report financial data that is not captured by organizational recordkeeping processes currently in place. Other questions might require some organizational financial research for successful compliance.  It is important to understand these requirements NOW before the filing year is over and it is too late!  This program will cover some of these changes and the impact on your organization TODAY.
