"Starfish Television Network Wants to Air Your Nonprofit Organization's PSAs and Videos"
The Starfish Television Network is making a media request of the NCNA members and its constituents. They want to air your PSAs and other video programming, regardless of length as a public service at no cost to the organization. Types of programming requested from your organization include: promotional videos, historical overviews, documentaries, fundraising gala highlights, recruitment videos, events, projects, initiatives, distributions, fundraising activites and PSAs.
The Starfish Television Network is America’s first charity and service channel. Starfish TV launched nationally on Dish Network in April 2007, and has since been added to other various cable and internet services. Starfish is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. Starfish TV features programs about individuals and organizations, like yours, striving to make a positive difference in the world. Its mission and purpose is to help nonprofit organizations tell their stories and to increase participation and volunteerism.
In return for airing your programming, Starfish TV wants nonprofits to spread the word about your programming when it airs. You can view Starfish TV on Dish Network 1000 Platform, Channel 9408 or by live internet streaming at www.starfishtv.org. To find out how to submit your organization’s video programming:
