Public Transportation to Hyatt Regency Washington on Capitol Hill

Rail Service from BWI Airport to Union Station Washington, DC: Follow signs from gate/baggage claim for MARC/Amtrak shuttle. Shuttle runs every 20 minutes from airport to BWI Rail Station. Trains run regularly from BWI Rail Station to Union Station. For exact fares and schedules visit the MARC or Amtrak websites.

Metro Bus and Rail Service from BWI Airport to Union Station: Follow signs from gate/baggage claim for Regional Bus. Take B30 (BWI Express) bus service to the Greenbelt Metro Station. At the Greenbelt Station, take the Green Line rail service going toward Branch Avenue Station. At the Fort Totten station, transfer to the Red Line rail service in the direction of Grosvenor/Shady Grove. Get off at Union Station.

Metro Bus and Rail Service from Dulles Airport to Union Station: Option I: Take 5A bus, located at airport bus curb (top level) going to the Rosslyn Metro Station. At the Rosslyn Station, take Blue Line rail service going towards the Largo Town Center Station. Get off at the Metro Center Station and transfer to Red Line rail service going towards the Glenmont Station. Get off at Union Station.

Option II: Another alternative from Dulles Airport is to take the Washington Flyer bus (approximate cost $8 one-way) to the West Falls Church rail station. The bus stop at the airport is located on lower level of the baggage area. The bus will take you to the rail station. Take the Metro (Orange Line) toward New Carrollton to Metro Center (Red Line). Transfer at Metro Center to Red Line going to Glenmont and get off at Union Station.

Metro Rail Service from Reagan (National) Airport to Union Station: Take Yellow Line rail service going towards the Fort Totten Station. Get off at the Gallery Place/Chinatown Station and transfer to Red Line metro subway service going towards the Glenmont Station. Get off at Union Station.

From Baltimore/Washington International Airport - BWI: Exit airport on I-195 West. Merge onto MD-295 South via exit 2B towards Washington. Merge onto New York Ave NE/US-50 toward Washington. Stay on New York Avenue for approximately four miles. Make a left onto North Capital Street, proceed for approximately one mile. Take a right-hand turn onto E Street, proceed for one block. Take a left-hand turn onto New Jersey Avenue; hotel is on the right (30.6 miles).

From Dulles International Airport: Follow signs to Washington D.C. on Dulles Toll/Access Road. Follow center lane (no toll) to I- 66 East to Washington. Cross Roosevelt Bridge. Follow signs to Constitution Ave. toward U.S. Capitol. Proceed approximately 2.5 miles. Turn left onto Louisiana Ave., NW. Travel to the 3rd light. Turn left on New Jersey Ave. Hotel is on the left (27.2 miles).

From National Airport (Ronald Reagan): Take George Washington Pkwy. Exit on I-395 North to Washington. Follow signs to I-395 North/U.S. Capitol. Take the exit for US Senate/D Street/I-395 North. Stay in the right lane as you go through two tunnels. In the second tunnel, take D Street exit. Make a right at the light at the end of the tunnel onto D Street. Go to 2nd traffic light and turn left onto New Jersey Ave. Hotel is on the left (5.2 miles).
